Frequently asked questions

Have a question about our mobile fleet detailing services? You might find the answer here.

How does Ironclad Fleet services work?

We come directly to your business location and clean your vehicles on a scheduled basis.

After an initial fleet assessment, we'll recommend a service package based on your fleet size, vehicle types and cleaning requirements.

Once you're set up, we handle the recurring schedule so you don't have to remember when your vehicles need cleaning.

What type of vehicles do you clean?

We primarily focus on commercial fleets, including:

Service vans

Pickup trucks

Work trucks

Company cars

Small commercial vehicles

Contractor vehicles

Delivery vehicles

When do you clean the vehicles?

We'll work with your business to establish a recurring schedule.

Depending on your operation, that might be:

Early morning

During the workday

Afternoon

Scheduled fleet downtime

The goal is to clean vehicles without disrupting your operation.

Do all of our vehicles need to be available at once?

No.

We'll work with your fleet manager to create a schedule that fits your operation.

For example, a 20-vehicle fleet might be divided into two service days.

What if one of our vehicles is extremely dirty?

Our standard maintenance service is designed for normal recurring fleet cleaning.

If a vehicle requires significantly more work—such as heavy mud, excessive debris, stains, grease, pet hair or neglected interiors—we'll let you know before performing additional work.

We'll provide a price for the additional service and get your approval first.

No surprise charges.

Do you provide your own water and electricity

Initially:

We'll assess each location individually.

If your business has suitable water and electrical access, we can use those resources where appropriate.

As Ironclad grows, we'll transition toward a more self-contained mobile setup so we're less dependent on the customer's facilities.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We'll reschedule services when weather conditions make the work impractical or unsafe.

Your fleet won't lose its place in the recurring schedule—we'll work with you to find the next suitable service window.

Can we try the service before signing up?

Absolutely
